From start to finish, the experience was exactly what you’d expect from a high end company. Every employee is super professional and the finish is incredible. Seamless. I’ve had a waterfall added and you literally can’t see the joint at all. From my experience, it’s how a company deals with problems that truly defines how well it’s run. They outsourced the templating, resulting in a very minor issue with the sink dimensions being out by 10mm. Rui handled this not only professionally but immediately, the best part, he didn’t make excuses or see it simply from a business point of view, he stepped into my shoes and saw the issue from the customers point of view, resulting in him fixing the issue without hesitation and as quick as possible with plenty of updates along the way. You will see many nice photos on any company you research but rarely will you find a company that focuses on you after they have your business & deposit. They will see your project through to the end and until it is finished to the highest possible standard. No company of this size will make you feel like you are their only customer!!

These guys are absolutely incredible. We had a huge problem with our new kitchen, they came over ‘to have a look’ - stayed the whole day and fixed everything that needed to be repaired - on the same day!! So so so incredibly grateful. Excellent from start to finish... went along looking for black high gloss granite for a hearth... Rui and his staff were very attentive and couldn't do enough to help and advised me to find exactly what I was looking for. I decided on high gloss black sparkle. I left my measurements and was told I would be phoned once the granite was cut and ready for me to collect.. 2 working days later the call came and we collected the hearth and we couldn't be more happy. Great customer service, great price and quickly made to order.. Thank you very much, will definitely recommend and use again.

We found out about Ultra Marble as they have their unit close to where we live. My Dad and I went to speak with them about a worktop for my kitchen and nothing was too much trouble for Rui and his team. We were most impressed with how they lifted out the 2 different worktops for us to compare. When it came to templating it they arrived exactly when they said they would and was quick and efficient. We had an email the same day for us to confirm we were happy and they then fitted it within a few days after. We are very happy with the worktop, it looks perfect with our kitchen colour and have already recommended them to friends.
