Digital Templating & 3D Models

Q: What is digital templating, and why is it important?
A: Digital templating is a precise measurement technique using advanced technology. It ensures your worktop fits perfectly, reducing the risk of errors during fabrication.

Q: How do 3D models help in visualizing the final product?
A: Our 3D models allow you to see a realistic representation of your worktop in your space before production begins. They also help you decide on the pattern layout and, most importantly, visualize how the stone patterns will join together for a seamless finish.

Q: Can I make changes after seeing the 3D model?
A: Yes, we encourage feedback! Changes can be made during the design phase to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Care & Maintenance

Q: How do I maintain my stone worktop?
A: Regular cleaning with a soft cloth and mild soap is usually enough. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners to protect the surface.

Q: Are certain materials more resistant to stains or scratches?
A: Yes, quartz is highly resistant to stains and scratches, making it a low-maintenance option. Marble and granite are more porous and may require sealing to maintain their beauty.

Q: What cleaning products should I avoid using?
A: Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners, such as vinegar or bleach, as they can damage the stone’s surface. Stick to pH-neutral cleaners for the best results.

Pricing & Payments

Q: Do you offer payment plans or financing options?
A: We do not offer payment plans or financing options. However, payments are split into three stages for convenience:

  • 20% on order
  • 60% after templating
  • 20% on fitting

This structure ensures a smooth and transparent process for all customers.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment methods.
